A fresh installation of v3.3.0 doesn't appear to load during server startup, even though "DoVi Remux was installed" appears in the activity log and the folder exists on disk.

Weirdly, the ZIP file containing the release binaries exists in the plugin folder, but hasn't been extracted.

The upload attached to the release was the artifact ZIP from the build, not the ZIP file within the artifact.

Uploading the correct binary and re-releasing as 3.3.1 fixed the issue.
