It seems like sometimes external subs won't register as external in the stream list that comes back from IMediaSourceManager; maybe we should exclude them by filename as well as their External property.

This may have been caused by adding the subs to a specific title prior to migrating from Jellyfin 10.9 to 10.11, which involved substantial DB changes.
